Material we use

For Our products we are using high quality TPU film.

for Bladders made in a reinforced design we use material thickness of 0.25 mm.
for standard Bladders we use material thickness of 0.1 mm.

Operating temperature range:

standard TPU: +80...-30 °С
frost resistant TPU: +80...-60 °С

The material allows bladders to stretch.
Whilst other bladders are stiff and pop easily, the bladders, made of TPU film, stretches, when put under stress, and quickly go back to their original shape after relief.

The film itself is produced at the production facilities located not so far from us,
so we are quite independent in terms of material supply
and can ensure the stability of production and supply in all of our product range
